This website, auricaudio.co.uk, is operated by AURIC ("AURIC", "we", "us", "our"), a British audio house based in London. You can contact us at any time at founder@auricaudio.co.uk.
AURIC in-ear monitors are produced in a strictly limited edition, individually numbered and finished by hand. Because each piece is hand-finished, slight, natural variation between pieces is inherent to the craft and is not a defect. Product images are representative.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Any customs duties or import taxes for destinations outside the UK are additional and are the customer's responsibility (see our Shipping policy).
Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order by email. Should an item be unavailable, or in the event of a manifest pricing error, we may decline or cancel an order and will refund any payment in full.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including your right to cancel and your rights in respect of faulty goods. Please see our Returns & Refunds policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any product is limited to the price paid for that product. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
