As each piece is individually numbered and finished by hand, we confirm your unit number and dispatch date by email. Orders are normally dispatched within 5 business days. A tracking number is provided for every order. Delivery times vary by destination.
For destinations outside the United Kingdom, any import duties, taxes, VAT or customs-clearance charges applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price. These are levied by your local customs authority and collected on delivery or clearance. Please review your local regulations before ordering.
Risk passes to you on delivery. Every shipment is fully insured; in the rare event a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will resolve it.
