Returns & Refunds

Last updated: 8 September 2026

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your AURIC. Your statutory rights as a consumer are set out below and are not affected by anything on this page.

Your 14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. To cancel, simply email founder@auricaudio.co.uk, or use our model cancellation form. You then have 14 days to return the goods to us.

Condition of returned goods

Goods must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging, with the hygiene seal intact. Because in-ear monitors are worn in the ear, a hygiene seal is applied to each unit: for reasons of health and hygiene, once this seal has been broken the item is no longer eligible for a change-of-mind return. We may reduce your refund to reflect any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind cancellations, the cost of returning the goods is your responsibility; we strongly recommend a fully insured, tracked service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. Where goods are faulty or not as described, we cover all return costs.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. You have 30 days from receipt to reject a faulty item and receive a full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, via Stripe, within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or your proof of return). Any complimentary outbound shipping cost is included in a change-of-mind refund only where required by law.
